Single-Family Homes on Oahu: A Safe Bet or a Risky Investment?
Market Pulse - Oahu
š I just saw this interesting chart about Oahuās months of inventory - basically, how long it takes to sell all the homes listed on the market right now. Hereās the scoop:

š Rule of thumb:
š 4.5 months or less = Sellerās market (fewer homes available, more competition)
š More than 4.5 months = Buyerās market (more homes available, better deals)
Now, look at the bold line - thatās for single-family homes š”:
Itās stayed steady below 4.5 months for years, meaning itās been a strong sellerās market all along! š„
Whether youāre buying or selling, this shows why single-family homes are in such high demand - and why moving quickly is key! ā”ļøš¼

Easter Giveaway!
Congratulations to @jantzypantz for winning the Easter Giveaway! FYI More to come, Dave and Busterās Anyone?
This photo was taken at Kaiser High School during Kingās Chapelās annual Easter egg hunt in Hawaii Kai š„š. Itās from 2018, about a year before I returned to Hawaii šŗ. Back then, life was toughāI had recently gone through a divorce š, was broke šø, and as a single mom of two little boys š§š§, I was relying on the system to get by.

I had just gotten my real estate license š” and was hustling to build my business. To make ends meet, I even worked as my older sisterās personal assistantāyes, that included doing her laundry! 𤢠Talk about swallowing your pride! But despite the struggles, I was grateful to be able to stay home with my (almost) one-year-old son š¶. He came with me to every showing and client meetings .
Fast forward 8 years ā³ānot to worry, Iām no longer a āstrugglingā single mother. Life has changed, and now Iām looking to scale my business š. Iām searching for a motivated individual interested in real estate, including property management services šļø.
