From Confidence to Cringe: When Insecurities Resurface

How was your week? Mine was pretty memorable! I recently had the chance to meet Dan Martell, someone I've admired from afar on social media. He's the author of "Buy Back Your Time," a book that has been a valuable resource for me. His YouTube channel is incredibly motivational, and I always look forward to his new videos and taking notes along the way.

I have to admit, I was a bit starstruck when we met. Here's a photo of me looking rather nervous and awkward—back to my high school days, feeling shy and tongue-tied! Despite having a million questions, I managed to say nothing at all 😅. It was like I had transformed into my awkward teenage self—the one with the pizza face and perpetual nervousness. I still cringe and kick myself when those old insecurities resurface. In high school, I was the quintessential shy student. I was so shy that I almost won the "Most Shy" title in our class, but my best friend beat me to it! LOL! I guess you could say I was a strong contender for that award. It was a great experience nonetheless, and I'm grateful to have met him in person.

Hopefully, you didn't "behome" your old high school self like I did this week! But seriously, have you ever met someone who left a lasting impression on you? I'd love to hear about it!

MARKET UPDATE

OK! 🙃 I recently created a video about Oahu's latest real estate market facts, and while it might be a bit silly, the facts are actual. I cover everything from rising single-family home prices to the shifting condo market.
